Your Personal Case Manager will then contact you to explain the process, which involves five steps:
Your Case Manager will contact you to discuss your case in detail and advise you what paperwork and medical records you need to gather.
Your Case Manager will analyse the clinical information together with the information you provided on the first call and identify the key issues.
Our team will begin the process of selecting the most experienced international medical expert in the field for your specific condition.
The expert will review the case and the supporting materials. Once reviewed, detailed report will be prepared with advice regarding your treatment and diagnosis.
Your Case Manager will send you the report and contact you to go over it together by phone. During this call, your Case Manager will explain the findings and answer any questions you may have.
